So Pelosi is imposing policy determined by the Conference of Catholic Bishops? (Selectively)
Shouldn't secularists be howling in outrage? What happened to Inherit the Wind?
(try reading my comment out loud with a mouthful of cornflakes - I don't why I write like that, my brain is just wired that way)
The botox is eating away at Queen Nan's brain.
Sorry for the test posts. Having trouble commenting. Even sorrier Pelosi still has a job.
How can people watch any video of Nancy Pelosi, and not reach the same conclusion I do?
Obviously Pelosi needs a fresh set of gardeners and maids.
I think she is a splendid example of a member of the United States Congress.
Cheers
Unfortunately, Minicapt, y9ou are, to a large extent, correct.
P. J. O'Rourke once wrote a comment on somebody who was claiming at a demonstration that Jesus, Mary, and Joseph were homeless people. It applies to Nan's idiot comment too. They were not homeless or refugees. They had to travel to Bethlehem to report for the Roman census because that was where Joseph was born, instead of doing so from their home in Nazareth, and all the inns were full when they got there. He pointed out that forcing them to travel for the census is the sort of stupidity you can expect from "Progressive" governments like that of Massachusetts, where the demo was taking place.
I put the word in quaotation marks because the people who claim the title of "Progressive" actually seem to me to be regressive and reactionary, trying to solve problems in the 21st century (and making them worse) by unsophisticated impositiion of the latest ideas for a welfare state of Otto von Bismarck, Karl Marx, and Sidney and Beatrice Webb, denizens of the 19th century.
